Morva ("we", "our", "us") is a mobile application that helps you manage your wardrobe and get AI-powered outfit suggestions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Your password is securely managed by Firebase Authentication and is never stored in plain text. Clothing Photos: When you upload photos of clothing items or outfits, these images are stored in our cloud storage. We process these images to provide our core features. AI Analysis Data: Our AI services analyze your clothing photos to extract attributes such as category, color, material, pattern, fit, and style. This analysis data is stored alongside your items. Usage Data: We log API usage metrics (such as token counts and processing times) for cost monitoring and service optimization. These logs are associated with your user ID.

We use your information to: - Provide wardrobe management features (storing, organizing, and displaying your clothing items) - Generate AI-powered outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe - Provide AI feedback on outfit photos you submit for review - Extract individual clothing items from scene photos - Improve our service and monitor operational costs

We use the following third-party services to process your data: Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure including authentication, database (Firestore), and file storage. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers. Google Gemini API: AI language and vision model used for clothing analysis, outfit generation, outfit feedback, and image generation. Your clothing photos and metadata are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. Ximilar API: Computer vision service used for fashion item detection, attribute tagging, and background removal. Your clothing photos are sent to Ximilar's servers for processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase) and is protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is scoped to your user account — you can only access your own items and outfits. We use Firebase Security Rules to enforce data access controls at the database and storage level.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion permanently removes all your data, including: - Your account and authentication credentials - All clothing items and their photos - All outfits and their images - All AI analysis data - API usage logs associated with your account This deletion is irreversible.

You have the right to: - Access your data through the app - Delete your account and all associated data - Contact us with questions about your data If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.

Morva is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Morva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
