By creating an account or using Morva ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Morva is an AI-powered wardrobe management application that allows you to: - Upload and organize photos of your clothing - Receive AI-generated analysis of your clothing items - Generate outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe - Submit outfit photos for AI-powered feedback and styling tips - Extract individual clothing items from scene photos

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Morva. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: - Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others - Upload content that contains nudity or sexually explicit material - Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service - Use the service for any commercial purpose without our permission - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app - Use automated means to access the service beyond normal app usage

Morva uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and Ximilar) to analyze clothing, generate outfit suggestions, and provide styling feedback. You acknowledge that: - AI-generated content (outfit suggestions, styling tips, scores, and images) is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only - AI analysis may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional fashion advice - AI-generated outfit images are artistic interpretations and may not exactly represent how items look together in reality - Ratings and scores reflect algorithmic assessment, not objective fashion standards

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to Morva. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not share your content with other users or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the service.

We strive to keep Morva available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Morva is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Morva shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms in the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Morva after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
